Comfortable bed, decent breakfast.
Awful smell in the hallway, have to reboot the card key after 2 days, but they did not tell me and so I went to my room late and could not get in.

Black grout in bathroom; DVD & coffee pot broken.
Clerks were not professional nor well trained; took 45 minutes for desk clerk to push button for movie in our room. DVD and coffee pot both were broken and desk clerk could not help with the problem.

Toilet didn't flush Lights didn't work. A slug was on the bathroom floor! Could not get into room from outside; door wouldn't unlock with card; had to walk all the way around and go through lobby.
